Alexa Bryant

Alexa Bryant is from Tampa, Florida. After graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Florida State University, she returned to Tampa, working for a grant funded program at the local university, and then as a middle school English teacher. Alexa officially moved to Atlanta, GA in 2017 and, according to her, “…has never looked back.” She chose to shift career fields, accepting a job in purchasing and in direct sales.

In April of this year, Alexa was able combine her career experience and join the Georgia Equality team. She believes that, “My individual pursuit for equal, and fair opportunity, should also include a pursuit for justice on behalf of all.” Alexa will be working as an intern, assisting staff with social communications and daily operations.
